Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals at the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip

Earlier today I was able to see the fastest Motorsport in the world, with cars racing at 340 miles per hour at the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals, on opening day, at the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, in Pomona, California, with racing running through to April 12th! These NHRA Winternationals are a historic annual drag racing event , that is a key race in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season. Known for fast speeds, it featured top professional classes like Top Fuel and Funny Car, along with sportsman categories, and gave fans close access to teams and drivers through its “Every Ticket’s a Pit Pass” policy. This event is a major stop on the tour, celebrating its long history and the start of the West Coast swing for the series. In the above below photo you can see Cruise patreon doing a burnout heating up the tires for the run: PRO STOCK Q1:

The former ace-driver- tuned-crew chief Dave Connolly, smoked a fast 6.07 that was the fastest of the round to finish in 5th place. Reigning world champ Dallas Glenn got third with 6.603, a fraction of an inch in front of Freg Stanfield, who was the quickest Elite Performance car, who did a 6.605,  in front of Dave Connolly’s 6.607.
