The 15th Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles IFFLA 2017 came to a scintillating close after a five day festival of screening diverse genre films and illuminating panel discussions. The closing ceremony red carpet was studded with Filmmakers and luminaries from the world of cinema.

The film , set among the breathtaking landscapes of Western Assam which is Bobby Sarma Baruah’s second feature delivers an enchanting , gorgeous portrayal of the life of Pratima Baruah Pandey, who was born to Royalty but found her passion in the folk songs performed by the working people of her region. The beautiful locales, tranquil ambience , lilting music and natural performances offers the audiences a unique and stunning experience.
