Similar to the mega-hit movie series: “The Fast and the Furious” – the movie coming out June 12th, 2026: “The Furious” has non-stop, and very intense action fighting scenes, all done by an excellent Asian cast, using martial arts. This Lionsgate thriller had high level action fights just about every second, so much so that I did not have time to eat my popcorn! 
The “good guys” are put in impossible situations throughout the whole movie, that they try to fight their way out off, however towards the end of the movie- when you fell the movie is over- get ready for an incredible plot twist that will will not give away! This movie centers on a humble tradesman who teams up with a relentless journalist to take down a corrupt criminal syndicate and rescue his abducted daughter.
So make sure you see this movie when it comes out Friday- but don’t blink for even a second- because you will miss some really amazing scenes!
Wang Wei is played by Xie Miao, who is a desperate father going on a rampage after his daughter is abducted by a criminal network, and his only ally is Navin, who is Played by Joe Taslim (known for The Raid and Mortal Kombat), who is a relentless journalist hunting for his missing wife who has mysteriously disappeared. There are special appearances by martial arts legends: Yayan Ruhian: 
and Jeeja Yanin, who Co-starred in Fast And Furious 7!. Yanin “Jeeja” Vismitananda, née Nicharee Vismitananda is a Thai actress and martial artist. She specializes in Muay Thai: 
After the daughter of Wang Wei (Xie Miao) is kidnapped by a criminal network and he receives no help from the corrupt police, Wei sets out on a rampage to find her himself. Fueled by a furious vengeance, the unlikely duo finds themselves in an explosive martial-arts showdown against a relentless gang of thugs, and ruthlessly fights against the kidnappers in this explosive martial arts showdown.
