Happy July 4th to everyone from Elton John & Billy Joel, live in concert from Pala Casino and Spa, for The Piano Men Tribute to Elton John by Kenny Metcalf, and Billy Joel by Adam Shapiro of Billy Nation.
These two singing artists performed some of the greatest hits of all time by these two living legends!
In this fantastic concert we filmed from only a few feet away from right in front of the stage, some of those great iconic hit songs of The Piano Men: Elton John and Billy Joel!
After the concert Elton John was so nice as to give me the song set for his concert he did with Billy Joel, so the song clips that we have on this show are: “The Bitch is Back” – “Philadelphia Freedom ” – “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down” – “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me” and going into the Start of: “My Life ” – then Biily Joel started off on his harmonica, with Elton John joining him for a beautiful rendition of “Piano Men ” – and then Elton & Billy closed the show with: “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting”, with the entire sold-out audience standing up on their feet and dancing, and singing along to all the words of these iconic hit songs that they all know so well! It was an amazing concert that everyone will always remember!
We all wish to thank Pala Casino Spa and Resort for putting on a long list of amazing concerts in the beautiful outdoor theatre- The Starlight Theatre, and the indoor theater at the events center, and in the Center Bar Bands bar stage in the middle of the casino.
