In the movie when the Oscar Winning Best Supporting actor Cuba Gooding Jr. tells Tom Cruise to “Show Me the Money” that is all based on Superstar Sports agent Leigh Steinberg, which you will see in our interview with Leigh by our Sports Reporter: Garry Lawrence on this show:  Leigh was walking around the 2-floor party talking to people, and posing with his invited VIP guests like me. We were standing in front of his Agent Academy on the 2nd floor of this amazing party:

Then at about 4 PM we went to the NFL’S endorsed charity: The Taste of the NFL, that raised money to support GenYouth’s End Student Hunger. The culinary maestros at this event were joined by over 30 NFL Legends including Will BlackmonDaryn ColledgeDoug FlutieMorlon Greenwood, and Tony Moll.
3 Time Superbowl Champion Shannon Sharpe, who posed for photos with the VIP invited guests.  Shannon Sharpe is an American former football tight end who played 14 seasons in the National Football League, primarily with the Denver Broncos. He is regarded as one of the greatest tight ends of all time, helping The Denver Broncos to win three (3) Super Bowls and finishing his career as the NFL’s all-time leader in receptions (815), receiving yards (10,060) and receiving touchdowns (62) by a tight end. He was the first tight end to amass over 10,000 receiving yards and was named to the first team of the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team, and is a member of the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio!  In an interview with him before at SoFi Stadium for his Exclusive Launch Party for his new Le Portier Cognac- I had talked about how hard it is to set those records from the tight end position, rather than as a wide receiver. In the below photo he is posing with one of the invited VIP guests:
Jason SpitzStephen Tulloch, and Charles Woodson, among other gridiron greats. A special appearance was made by Miss America. And no Las Vegas event is complete without entertainment, which was provided by the incomparable talents of Cirque du Soleil.

On my left is a beautiful former Raiderette Cheerleader, from when The Raiders used to play in Oakland. She had recognized me from when I used to be down on the football field – filming and doing interviews for my TV show: Entertainment & Sports Today:

Mike Wilson: the legendary football player who helped the San Francisco 49ers win 4 Superbowls as their wide receiver! Maybe if he played with the 49ers in this Superbowl they may have beat the Chiefs! Mike started out his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys. Mike was so extra kind to take the time to give me a long autograph listing all the Superbowl games he played in and then pose for photos:
Taste of the NFL attendees enjoyed autograph sessions with NFL greats, curated cocktails, live and silent sports memorabilia auctions, a unique lunchbox wall co-presented by American Family Insurance and Frito-Lay® Variety Packs, and special FEED gift bags. Each year, unKommon Events has presented the MAXIM Big Game experience by dedicating its efforts to community support. This year’s event partnered with retired NFL superstar and Las Vegas local, Brandon Marshall’s Williams-Marshall Cares Leadership Program. A portion of the night’s ticket sales benefited the foundation with the mission of inspiring youth athletes and future leaders for a lifelong commitment to service, integrity and community leadership. The above photo is off the Vince Lombardi Trophy Presentation that is always given to the winning team of the Superbowl. The trophy is named in honor of NFL coach Vince Lombardi, who led the Green Bay Packers to victories in the first two Super Bowl games. It was presented to The Kansas City Chiefs Superbowl Winning Quarterback #15 Patrick Mahomes after the Chiefs won Super Bowl LVIII against the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, Feb. 11, 2024. This is the first time in 20 years that a team has had Back-to-back consecutive Superbowl wins! Not since Tom Brady’s New England Patriots won 2 Super Bowls in a row in the 2003 and 2004 seasons! In fact the Chiefs have 3 Superbowl Championship victories in the last 5 years! So watch out Tom Brady – at this pace the Chiefs are coming after your Patriots, and may tie or even surpass them!

Standing right next to #15 Mahomes is Hall-of Fame Football Legend & MVP Quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers Terry Bradshaw, who interviewed the Winning Quarterback #15 Patrick Mahomes up on stage during the Vince Lombardi Trophy Presentation at the big game. Our TV show is honored to have interviewed Terry Bradshaw a few times before. Bradshaw’s role in the Pittsburgh Steelers winning four Super Bowls helped make the NFL and the Super Bowl the immense successes they are today! On the extreme right of the photo is Andy Reid the winning head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. In between the below paragraphs are photos of our news crew at the Superbowl.  At the Superbowl some of the A-List Celebrity Superstars from the worlds of Movies, TV, Music, Business, and Sports that we saw were:  Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, JAY-Z and Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé, Paul Rudd and his son Jack Rudd, Ice Spice and Blake Lively, The Legendary Beatles Music Icon Paul McCartney:  Music Superstar Lady Gaga wearing the 49ers Varsity Jacket, and Jersey:  LA Lakers Basketball Great: LeBron James, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, and Miles Teller. Above Photo: We could not get enough of seeing Taylor Swift constantly throughout the game, who seemed to almost steal the whole show with all the attention that she got! Billionaire Elon Musk (on the left of below photo) and his whole family was there, sitting right next to (L-R) Rupert Murdoch and Elisabeth Murdoch: along with Music Superstar Justin Bieber: The Kardashians, Mark Wahlberg, Jared Leto, Janelle Monae, Jon Hamm, Academy Award Winner & Multi Award Winning Actor: Leonardo DiCaprio:  Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay, Sheryl Crow, Lindsey Vonn, and Queen Latifah! & I think we missed a few!! LOLTo start off the big day at the stadium for the big game: The National Anthem was performed by country superstar Reba McEntire, with fireworks and jet fighters flying above- to start everything off with a big bang- and an amazing singing performance by Reba- made it a memorable experience! The year 2024 marks a special 50th anniversary for the country superstar and her association with the song: She is often said to have been “discovered” 50 years ago when she sang it at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo in her home state of Oklahoma, when she was just 19! See below photo of Reba putting on an amazing singing performance that everyone was talking about: Reba, Post Malone, and Andra Day were part of the Pre-Show, with Usher leading the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, as the crowd went crazy!

It was a close and exciting game, with the 49ers leading for most of the game well into the 3rd quarter, and the key moment of their loss to the Chiefs was when they missed an easy extra point, that would have given them a 4 point lead- so that the Chiefs could not tie the game with a 3 point Field Goal – which is what the chiefs did to send the game into Sudden Death Overtime, to tie the game. If the 49ers had made that extra point- the game would never have been tied in the 4th Quarter, therefore never going into overtime- so they would have won the game!

So then the game went down to an exciting do or die Sudden Death Overtime! The 49ers then scored with a field goal to go ahead 22 to 19, but since the rules had changed for Sudden Death Overtime- so that a team can no longer win a game just from a lucky coin toss, therefore the 49ers could not win the game with that field goal, which in every past year they would have, so the Chiefs then had one chance to tie or win the game- which they did with a touchdown- to win the game 25 to 22! The 49ers defense just could not hold the Chiefs.

In the above photo are the 49ers’ Clydesdale horses right before the big game.
