The Pizza Expo was outstanding this year, they had Pizza everywhere, not only that but it seems this has been going at an incredible rate, after speaking to a number of booths, the mentions plans on expanding in the coming months. The technology was so interesting, with specializing pizza cookers, mixers, and huge automated pizza cookers, this was a great show, the positivity of the patrons, was heartwarming. We all have been dealing with so much with Covid, these people keep selling tools for the: Pizza industry and Pizza as well. Another note Plant-based options were Huge this year and they even had Low carb pizza options, Yes.

HIMSS21 9-13 August in Las Vegas, at the Venetian-Sands Expo Center, Caesars Forum Conference Center, and Wynn.

This was the biggest medical show in Las Vegas, kudos to the team for pulling this large of a show in a time of Covid, they did a fantastic job. The medical industry is a 3.4 trillion dollar animal, the technology was very impressive, even with the limitations with Covid, many companies came to impress. Not only did they have a live event, but they also offered a digital online event as well, that was free, which had great success as well.  With the medical innovations that we viewed, one wonders, what this show may look like in 10 years. The future is so bright, let’s keep a close eye on this show for 2022.

Waste Expo was a very big hit this year, the technology, that’s being Offred is truly impressive, I do believe the Waste industry is moving to high tech, One of these, was evreka.com, they offer end to end management, Everka Services. This one is to watch for explosive growth, as they have potential to be a market leader.

2021 Nightclub and Bar Show was amazing, they will be rebranding this show with a new name

On the heels of its highly successful return to Las Vegas, the Nightclub & Bar Show announced that the annual convention will evolve to become the Bar & Restaurant Expo! Imagine interactive booths and improved customer engagement, product experiences with real-time operator feedback, and an overall immersive environment for the bar & restaurant industry.

This is major news and will expand the show greatly, we had about 5k people at the show, what so exciting was the openness of the people and the sampling of the food and booze, I was very impressed with the level of vendors, that displayed. From Tequila to Payment processing, the technology was equally impressive, so many cloud services, it reminded me of CES, this sector has evolved, to be super high tech. The short is, this was a great show this year and will be even bigger next year, with the new branding.
